Brrrrrr

It's brrrrr cold here. The wind chill is about 12 the last time I heard. I haven't been out since I got in from work and I don't intend to. I'm drinking hot cider and getting ready for a nice bubble bath - one of my favorite things to do on a cold night. Of course, it is also so my hair can dry overnight.

It takes many, many hours for my hair to dry because I don't use any "appliances" on it. When I went to bed last night they said on the 10 o'clock news the cold front would be here this afternoon. However, at 7 a.m. it was 21 degrees, so the cold front had obviously already arrived. I was NOT interested in greeting it with wet hair.

I'm so very glad I grocery shopped a few days ago. Dinner tonight is a baked sweet potato that's in the oven now. I made black bean soup yesterday so I have some of that in the fridge too. All in all I can just cocoon tonight. I will do some more Christmas things and call it a successful evening at home.
